30aëlle offers monthly workshops to dancers who wish to work on their technique more intensively or for those unable to join the weekly classes. Each workshop consists in two hours of Suhaila Salimpour technique and one hour of Jamila Salimpour finger cymbals playing, with a break and a cool down with some good stretching.
The Suhaila Salimpour technique is a precise belly dance technique topped up by muscular strenghtening exercices and combined to an isolation and coordination work of the various parts of your body, which will shake your brains for sure! The Jamila Salimpour way of playing finger cymbals, it's working on your sense of rhythm and becoming a killer ziller. Make yourself be heard!

What to wear: yoga/dance pants and a tight T-shirt, no skirts and no belts with coins or beads. What to bring: Bring a towel and some water since you will get sweaty. You may wish to bring a yoga mat and definitely your finger cymballs (zills) if you have some.
