JAMILA FORMAT LEVEL 2 WORKSHOP
​WITH SUHAILA SALIMPOUR (USA) IN BRUSSELS

Jamila level 2 workshop (4 days, 25 hrs of instruction)
  • from Sunday 27th until Wednesday 30th October
  • 10am – 6pm, with a 90 min. break
    Watch out: Suhaila often runs over the allocated time so don't plan anything afterwards, especially given the fact that you will have some homework each day.
  • Prerequisite: you must be Jamila level 1 certified to take part in this workshop
  • If you are planning on testing, make sure you contact Rachel George, the certification coordinator, well in advance in order to get signed off on the choreographies.

  • This workshop will be followed by workshops with Sabriye Tekbilek
    - Shaabi choreography on the evening of Thursday 31st October
    - Suhaila level 1 certification workshop from Friday 1st (bank holiday) until Sunday 3rd November.
    and preceded by a Bal Anat rehearsal for cast members of the troupe (more information soon).

This beautiful and spacious studio is located in a shopping district, with plenty of lunch options. NB: eating in the studio is not allowed so please plan on eating outside. ​​

  • Tram: 7, 25, Diamant stop
  • Car: free parking around as long as you display your blue parking disk and renew it every two hours. There is plenty of space during the school holidays.
