The studio offers a diverse programme including oriental dance, swing, West Coast Swing, burlesque, girly, theatre, as well as various movement, artistic and well-being activities. Where is QUATORZ[BE] located? Nestled in the heart of the sought-after Châtelain neighborhood in Ixelles, one of the most dynamic residential areas today, Le QUATORZ[BE] enjoys an ideal location. Equidistant from the buzz of Place du Châtelain, Place Brugmann, and the Ma Campagne neighborhood, our space is easily accessible thanks to the public transport network: tram lines 7, 10, 4, and 92 as well as bus lines 54 and 60 drop you off just steps from our door. Movement as a source of wellbeing At 14B, we believe that movement is essential to our physical, mental and emotional balance. Dancing, moving, breathing and creating are all ways to connect more deeply with ourselves, take care of our bodies and cultivate a positive relationship with who we are. Our aim is to offer a space where everyone can practise at their own pace, while respecting their body and personal journey. Sharing knowledge and transmission 14B is a place dedicated to learning, discovery and the sharing of knowledge. We welcome passionate teachers, artists and practitioners who share their expertise with generosity, quality and respect. We believe that every teacher brings a unique story, approach and set of skills that deserve to be shared.
