WORKSHOPS WITH SUHAILA SALIMPOUR (USA) IN BRUSSELS

Since 2010, every year, Maëlle invites Suhaila Salimpour to Brussels for intensive workshops. It's a rare opportunity to study with (one of) the most competent belly dance teacher around, whose revolutionary technique has pushed the boundaries of traditional belly dance.
On the menu: a unique summer cocktail of Suhaila drills and Jamila steps, dance movement, choreography, folkloric fusion, performance prep... and her Core Dimension concept!

WHO IS SUHAILA SALIMPOUR?

Based in Berkeley (California), Suhaila Salimpour is an internationally and highly acclaimed performer, teacher, and choreographer of belly dance. With over 40 years experience and a multi-disciplinary background, the belly dance technique she teaches respects and strengthens the body, and is based on a solid rhythmic foundation.
