Tuesdays – Accordanse

Wednesdays – KB Dance Hub (even during the holidays)

​🏆 Levels

• Level 1 (beginner-friendly): No prerequisite, accessible to all.
• Level 2 (intermediate/advanced): Requires at least 1 year of classes with Maëlle, or solid belly dance experience.
  ⚠️ Note: The Suhaila Salimpour format is unique; even experienced dancers with prior bellydance experience training must start at Level 1.

💡Teaching Approach
Classes follow the Suhaila & Jamila Salimpour formats, combining:

1. Warm-up & muscle strengthening
2. Technique & movement breakdowns
3. Dance combo & stretching

👉 Safe for all ages & physical conditions. Pregnant dancers: please consult your doctor first.

👗 What to Wear

• Yoga/dance pants + fitted T-shirt
• No skirts, no belts with coins/beads
• Bare feet

ℹ️ Practical Info

• Most Belgian health insurances reimburse 30–45€ for dance classes → ask your Mutuelle.
• The Poseidon classes pause during the school holidays. 
• Registrations for the Poseidon classes close end of January due to the fact that we then focus on preparing for the end of year show.  
• End-of-year show for the Poseidon participants May 29–31, 2026 at Wolubilis (optional participation).- A smaller scale show is in the planning for the KB Dance Hub class.
